On leaving the main station at the shorter side of its main hall, you see a combined bus and tram station. Take Bus 34 in direction Heidelberg-Wieblingen, i.e., you have to cross the tracks. After a few stations, leave the bus at the stop Bonhoefferstraße, this is the first stop overlooking the river. Cross the street and go to the bus stop in direction Heidelberg. Follow the short footpath, i.e., walk away from the river. After 10 meters, on reaching Maria-Probst-Straße; turn right and follow this street for about 200 meters until you reach the junction with Bonhoefferstaße, which is blocked by red-and-white half-spheres. Walk through the half-spheres, after about 50 meters on Bonhoefferstaße you reache a zebra crossing. Turn left in direction parking lot P3. After another 30 meters you see a modern building on the left, this is the reception, and an old bouilding on the right, this is the hotel.
Here is a map of the SRH campus in Wieblingen.
The bus stop Bonhoefferstraße is served by Buses 34 and 35. They stop, for example, on either side of the Alte Brücke, at Bismarckplatz, and at Betriebshof.
The workshop will be held in the Institute of Mathematics, INF 288. The pavement of the central square of the campus in front of the student cafeteria (Mensa) shows concentric circles that form the solar system; the building for Reine Mathematik is the oldest and lowest building on this square, about 50 meters away from the center of the circles, the entrance is on the orbit of Uranus.
To reach the Neuenheim Campus from downtown Heidelberg, you have the following alternatives

After walking about 80 meters up the river you reach a junction with another foot path; turn left and follow the foot path. Walk straight on, away from the river.
